give the device a reboot, also if you can make sure the device is on wifi and not the phone networks sometimes the networks are to slow, I general most times it’s 2 time lucky

Seems to be working now;

In Australia we are about 20years behind the rest of the world with our NBN 30mbps is average for my area; But The best telco Networks can achieve 90mbps; Pitiful really;
