So is there now a new issue or is this still the fx transfer issue?

All of my pundi.ai has vanished from my base wallet. Is there any way I can get assistance with this. I transferred my fx through the portal on pundiais verified account and Coinbase is saying they need your assistance to help.

Crypto wallets are self custody, If you didn’t move it their still in the wallet, Update your wallets and reboot your devices, Base wallet has nothing to do with PUNDI your issue is with the Base wallet creators.
being on Eth network if you enter the wallet address into Ether-Scan you should be able to see if the funds are on the wallet address.
@indra I already had a conversation with Coinbase and they looked at it and said they saw nothing and that it was an issue on your end technically or that someone from pundi was siphoning funds from investors. I’m hoping it’s the ladder and that I can get some help but what you suggested did not resolve my issue. I’m extremely frustrated because I’ve had to go through many hoops just to be able to swap and now everything has disappeared.
Keep in contact with Indra, he will be able to look at your wallets, Understand only you can move funds on a self custody wallet, the project cannot siphon funds, the only way you can have loss of funds are if you gave access to someone else to your wallet, meaning you handed out your PW / seed phrase. which you should never ever do under any circumstance.
No one can put anything back for you if it was taken, they can only look to see if your problem is real
