Not receiving Faucet token

i am waiting 1 hour for testnet faucet tokens,and nothing

  1. Are you on the testnet chain?
  2. Try importing the token manually.

I am not good with Metamask, because that i did an other account and all fine.

I dont know how to add this new testnet tokens manually, i dont have contrat of them.

But on the first address i didnt receive nothing. I will need to check it again.

i will type again here later if i continue with the issue.,
