PUNDIX payments chain is the payments coin forever more on the payment network; this dose not change when PUNDIX moves onto the FX / AI chain, any payment taken on the payments chain uses fee’s appropriate to what ever network it’s connected too, Xpos fee’s will always be in PUNDIX for on chain xpos TX’s, The FX chain being named AI dose not change it’s Job description other then adding the AI data project bringing all our chains AI tech / connections & abilities.

My thoughts:
AIFX is not an option for me when the project name is pundi ai. I initially though the project name also will be AI FX.
2 options for me.
Option1: Use PUNDIAI.
Option2: Immediately change project name to AIFX instead of pundi ai. Considering how far we have gone may be this out of the picture. Also this does not resonate with pundi (Which I am fine with). I think associated this with pundi will have both pros and cons.

It’s important to note that Function X is not killed just because it is now called Pundi AI. Everything that FunctionX has, including the chain FXCore is still there, just that from a PR branding-wise, they area also part of Pundi.
The techies can continue to call the chain FXCore if they wishes to, and the legacy name is obviously Function X Chain, but now the new name forward is Pundi AIFX for the chain (the ecosystem is Pundi AI). Pundi AIFX is an Omnichain that support various EVM deployment of dapp starting with omni-layering into Base Chain, and our focus is on AI dapps not just AI annotation ( @FrenchXCore ). We can use the token ticker PUNDIAI as newbies trying to buy the token will search P-U-N-D-I and find PUNDIAI and PUNDIX token, in which they will know AI is for AI project, and PUNDIX (the bigger brand currently) will be for what Pundi is known for in payments.
This also does NOT change Pundi X Chain as it is meant to continue powering our decentralised payment network, gased by $PUNDIX tokens. There were discussion to merge Pundi X Chain into PundiAIFX omnichain to be one chain, we discussed this a few times on Spaces too. But currently there is no final verdict yet, as we should get the PundiAI out the door first in Q1 2025 and then decide on Pundi X Chain’s situation. Also alot will depend on CEX’s opinion so it’s been great we got the green light on PundiAI rebrand and token rename and redenomination so we will test their appetite again for Pundi X Chain. Recently CEX gave us a good idea on how to grow Pundi X Chain (remember the optimism on crypto nowadays) but let’s talk about this in another topic another day.
