Token Stuck on axelar bridge for Pundi AI

Hello, i have token stuck on axelar bridge from BSC to ETH before the snapshot of new contract happen. There is no any information from the team when the bug happened, and squid router still open it’s bridge for Pundi AI token at that time. I already in contact with axelar support team, and they say that Pundi AI team will send the token directly (no need to claim). Since the new contract on BSC already airdropped, i want to ask when this problem gonna be solved ?.

Since the Axelar team confirmed that the Pundi AI team will handle the token distribution directly, the delay may be on their end, especially if the snapshot occurred before your bridge was finalized. Have you confirmed whether your wallet was included in the eligible list post-snapshot or if any follow-up from the Pundi AI team is still pending?
