I’ve recently started using the Pundi XPOS device, and I’ve noticed that some transactions don’t sync in real-time with the backend dashboard. While most payments process correctly, there are instances where transactions appear to be completed on the device but take a long time (or require a manual refresh) to reflect in my transaction history. This can create confusion, especially when reconciling payments at the end of the day.
I’ve checked my internet connection, restarted the device, and ensured that I’m running the latest firmware, but the issue still persists intermittently.
